She holds a Master of Science in Counseling with an emphasis in Child and Adolescent Disorders and is a trauma-certified therapist. She is  passionate about helping others understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and reconnect with who they are beyond their struggles. Her work is rooted in creating spaces where people can explore, grow, and feel safe enough to show up as their authentic selves.

Beyond therapy, she is a mom who loves movement, meaningful conversations, creating new experiences, and building things that inspire others. Through The Black Closet, she had the opportunity to connect with fellow creatives, entrepreneurs, and community members while creating space for honest dialogue, collaboration, and shared experiences. She believes some of the most meaningful connections happen when people are given room to be curious, creative, and fully themselves.

She  believes in embracing all of who we are—including the little quirks that make us uniquely us.
